災難片總是Hollywood拍不膩的主題,內容也永遠是人類不想面對的問題,但是無論如何都還是會捂起臉來偷偷看,因為在人類用力地摧殘地球、過度發展科技的陰影下,大自然的反撲與無預期,勢在必然啊!

 

到底有沒有外星人在這顆美麗的星球外面呢?有沒有可能再找到一顆如此呵護我們的星球呢?有沒有可能有朝一日,人類到大氣層外去可以像坐飛機到日本韓國一樣輕鬆?外太空真的好神秘!Gravity的導演在電影一開始,就用了很不一樣的角度來展現,地球、太空人及外太空的重疊交錯的星際影像,真的是要令人落淚了,看了這麼廣大的無限空間,突然覺得自己好渺小,從外面往裡面看,也同時再度被地球的美麗給震撼到了。如果不能夠好好珍惜這個堪稱完美的球體(唯一不完美應該是人類吧~),想到有可能要帶著氧氣面罩過一輩子,就好喪志喔!(整個很容易被災難片拐騙的小編)

 

Dr. Ryan Stone is a brilliant medical engineer works with veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky on her first shuttle mission. But on a seemingly routine spacewalk, disaster strikes. The shuttle is destroyed, leaving Stone and Kowalsky completely alone.

  • strike [straɪk] (v.) (疾病、災難等)侵襲、爆發。

        Example: A powerful earthquake struck the Italian island of Sicily early this morning.

 



Mission Control Voice: Abort mission, get out of there.

 

  • abort [əˈbɔrt] (v.) 中止、中輟(計劃、活動等)。

        Example: The takeoff was aborted.

 

Dr. Ryan Stone: Clear skies with a chance of satellite debris.

Matt Kowalsky: Houston, I've lost visual with Dr. Stone. Houston, I've lost visual of Dr. Stone… Do you copy?

Dr. Ryan Stone: Yes, yes, I've detached.
