As the name suggests, these movies are for the whole family.
The plot is designed to suit all different age groups, from the young to the old.
My favorite family movie: E.T.
A story about staying loyal to friends.
9. Fantasy Movies
A genre that telsl all about magic and myths, dragons and fairies.
My favorite fantasy movie: The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
I adore Aslan.
10. History Movies / War Movies
This genre is about historical events and people’s lives, sometimes in connection with wars and revolutions.
My favorite fantasy movie: N/A
I fall asleep watching history films.
11. Horror Movies
Movies in this genre have the sole purpose of scaring people.
The main idea is to create fear.
My favorite horror movie: The Sixth Sense
The ending was very unexpected.
12. Musicals
Songs and dance are included into the story.
My favorite musical: Moulin Rouge
Great costumes and setting.
13. Romance Movies
The story of a romance movie revolves around love and passion.
Most women's favorite genre.
My favorite romance movie: The Notebook
There are no words.....
14. Sci - Fi Movies
Sci - Fi = Science - Fiction
These movies usually show us a different world, usually in the future or in space.
My favorite sci - fi movie: Avatar
I liked the idea of showing how parts of nature interlink with each other.
15. Thrillers
Thrillers usually place the villains and their doings in the centre and show how the heroes overcome the dangers set forth by the villains.
Lots of suspense, tension and excitement.
My favorite thriller: Silence of the Lambs
It's a classic.
16. Western Movies
Think " cowboys and gun duels " and then you have a western movie.
My favorite western movie: Wild Wild West
This is the only western I have watched.
