小編不是Bond迷，硬要說有follow過007，也只有在大學某年上電影課時，收看了由Sean Connery(史恩·康納萊)演出的007，老帥當年也是狠角色啊！

由於熱中action-packed，小編個人比較偏好美版的Jason Bourne，神鬼系列我都可倒背如流。

老帥當年長這樣

Skyfall上映當天，與長輩吃飯的小編，漫不經心，完全沒有投入長輩們熱烈討論要前去迎新的話題，下一秒鐘，哈，人已經被拖到戲院觀賞了。可能是因為沒有太多期望，所以看完之後，有種比預期好太多太多的感受。小編不禁默默的思考一個問題：人們真的很愛間諜這個角色！

那到底這些所謂的情報局是在做什麼的呢？Jason Bourne所屬的CIA跟James Bond隸屬的MI-6又有什麼不一樣呢？今天就讓我們一同來了解一下吧！

CIA – America   

Formed：September 18, 1947 (成立於1947年9月18日)

Employees：20,000 (員工數約兩萬)

CIA is the largest of the intelligence agencies and is responsible for gathering data from other countries that could impact U.S. policy. 中央情報局(CIA)是全世界最大的情報機構，負責從其他國家收集可能影響美國政策的資料。

It is a civilian intelligence agency of the United States government responsible for providing national security intelligence to senior United States policymakers. CIA是美國政府的國家情報機構，負責提供國家安全情報給美國高層的決策者。

The CIA also engages in covert activities at the request of the President of the United States of America. CIA也接受美國總統的要求，從事間諜活動。

The CIA’s primary function is to collect information about foreign governments,corporations, and individuals, and to advise public policymakers. CIA首要的作用是收集有關其他國家政府、企業及個人的情報，提供建議給公眾的決策者。

The agency conducts covert operations and paramilitary actions, and exerts foreign political influence through its Special Activities Division. 情報機構經由它的特殊行動部分進行以下事項：領導間諜行動、軍事的活動及運用外國的政治影響力。

M1-6 – United Kingdom 

Formed：1909 as the Secret Service Bureau

(成立於1909年，當時為秘密情報局)

The British have had a long public perception of an effective intelligence agency (due to the success of the unrealistic, yet entertaining, James Bond movies). 人們對於英國秘密情報局(MI-6)的長久以來的認知是個有效率的情治單位。(歸功於James Bond電影的成功，雖然不切實際，但具娛樂性。)

This perception matches reality. 這樣的認知確實符合事實。

MI6, the British equivalent to the CIA, has had two big advantages in staying effective: The British Official Secrets Act and D notices can often prevent leaks (which have been the bane of the CIA’s existence). 等同CIA的MI-6，有著維持效率的兩大優勢：The British Official Secrets Act與公告大多可以防止 洩密(上述已成為現存CIA的剋星)
