Highballs and Tall Drinks / 高球杯混合酒

Highballs are made with a shot of a base spirit plus a mixer.

用烈酒當基酒，混合果汁、碳酸飲料及冰塊。

1.  Bloody Mary  --  血腥瑪麗

2.  Gin & Tonic  --  琴通寧

3.  Rum & Coke  --  蘭姆可樂

4.  Scotch & Soda  --  蘇格蘭威士忌加蘇打

5.  Screwdriver  --  螺絲起子

On the Rocks and Lowball Drinks / 低球杯混合酒

Similar to the highball, with 1 or 2 spirits or mixers.

They are of small volume and served in a lowball glass.

與高球杯的酒差不多，是簡單的調酒。

量少，用小一點的杯裝。

1.  Mudslide  --  山崩

2.  White Russian  --  白俄羅斯

Martinis / 馬丁尼

Made with gin and vermouth and garnished with an olive.

琴酒加上苦艾酒，再配上一顆橄欖。

1.  Dirty Martini  --  ( 無中文名 )  --  加點橄欖罐頭裡的油水 

2.  Dry Martini  --  ( 無中文名 )  --  苦艾酒減半

3.  Perfect Martini  --  ( 無中文名 )  --  琴酒 及 苦艾酒 各半

4.  Vodka Martini  --  伏特加馬丁尼  --  琴酒換成了伏特加

Sours and Tropical Drinks / 熱帶風情雞尾酒
